Q: Are you licensed to sell items to Greeks?
A: We are licensed by the nationals of all organizations to sell all item on our website.  Each organization has checked the quality of our work to ensure their members receive products that are of the highest quality and value.

Q: How long does it take to produce and ship my order?
A: For most custom items, standard production time is approximately 5-10 working days plus shipping time. Production time begins once the payment has been received. Please feel free to contact us to discuss production and shipping times on specific items.

Q: Is rush production and shipping service available?
A: We understand that things come up, and we would be happy to accommodate you as best we can.  Most rush orders are available at no extra charge; however, extra shipping charges may apply to expedite your order. 

Q: Can I customize my order for any group or organization? Can your designs be changed to fit our needs? Do we have to use the designs on your website or can we submit our own ideas?
A: Customizing your order is our specialty! You can utilize one of our designs or submit your own ideas. Our graphic design team will gladly customize any design or idea to meet your individual group’s needs at no extra charge.

Q: I am looking for a specific item that I don't see on your website.  Can you get items that are not shown on your site?
A: The items we have displayed on our site are the most popular items in the industry.  We have access to thousands of products, and can most likely get you anything you are looking for.  Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Will a deposit be required for the artwork or the order?
A: If you are a returning customer, we do not ask for an art deposit or a deposit for the order.  However, if you are a first time customer, we may ask for a nominal art deposit and/or a deposit for the order.

Q: Can I see and approve my design before production begins?
A: Absolutely! We want to ensure your 100% satisfaction, so every custom order requires the customer’s artwork approval before we proceed with the production of your order. You will receive an email with the artwork and all the details of the order, and production won’t begin until we receive your approval.  

Q: Is there a minimum quantity to be considered when ordering?
A: Most of the apparel items we carry have a minimum of 24 per order.  The novelty items we carry may have minimums, but less than minimum quantities are available for most items. Please contact us for any specific questions regarding quantities.

Q: Can I change quantities once my order has been placed?
A: Due to production scheduling quantities cannot be reduced after placing your initial order, but in some cases quantities can be added to your order.  

Q: Why can’t I place my orders online?
A: Because most items that we manufacture are customized specifically for your group or event, there is a great deal of detail that must go into every custom order. We prefer to handle your order personally over the phone in order to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and your complete satisfaction.

Q: Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, once production has begun an order cannot be canceled. If production has not yet begun, cancellation of your order is possible by calling and notifying GreekU. In most cases, a $75.00 cancellation fee may apply, in addition to the cost of any materials and/or expenses incurred prior to the cancellation date.

Q: Can I return or exchange my custom-made merchandise?
A: Because your order is customized for your group, merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned unless the items are defective. GreekU uses only the finest quality merchandise in the industry and will guarantee your satisfaction on every order.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Orders can be paid with any personal or business check. Credit cards are accepted, but your forfeit the cash discount.

Q: How can my group save money or take advantage of any discount programs?
A: GreekU offers an incentive program for fraternities and sororities that gives 5% from every order to an arbitrary account that can be used on any future orders.  This gives you the incentive to keep using the same company for all your custom needs, while GreekU (besides offering the best quality products and service) can give your group the best pricing in the industry because we know you will be coming back.  Special discounts are available on larger group orders, so please contact GreekU for more details. GreekU guarantees to offer the lowest price merchandise in the industry. If you find a lower price with one of our competitors on a comparable product, we will beat it!

Q: What does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated based upon the quantities and weight of each specific type of product. At the time you place your order, a shipping cost will be determined that best suits your budget and “In hands” date.

Q: How will my merchandise be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped promptly after project completion via United Parcel Service at the lowest rate available.

Q: Do you offer any products that are not included in your catalog or website?
A: Any product you can think of, we can do.  We have access to over 600,000 products, so if you can’t  find what you are looking for on our website or in our catalog, just ask us and we will do everything we can to meet your needs.

Q: What organizations do you provide service for?
A: We provide service to all fraternities, sororities, on-campus organizations, and business. 

Q: What is GreekU's policy regarding the sale of drinkware that could be used for alcohol.
A:  We at GreekU are opposed to the abuse of alcohol, and underage drinking. We believe that elegant glassware is not limited to alcoholic beverages and should be enjoyed by all. Any items in this catalog which contain the name, Greek letters, or insignia of a particular Fraternity or Sorority are not being produced or sold under a license agreement or other sponsorship from that organization and, accordingly will be sold only to members and associate members of that organization. We believe that members of these organizations have the right to order products that contain the names, letters, and insignia of their own organizations. Our goal is to help you have fun and look great by providing the newest, hottest, highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. Not all national fraternities and sororities headquarters feel that the items on this page are appropriate for their members. Please check with your national office before ordering these products from us.

Q: How does the low-price guarantee work?
A: Our low-price guarantee is for quantities of 48 or more.  We only guarantee the lowest pricing from any major competitor.
