7 Easy, Healthy Recipes for College Students | Breakfast Edition

Being in college means having a very busy schedule (especially if you're in a sorority).  It also includes the struggle of finding time to work out and eat healthy.  The stigma of healthy eating is that it will either be gross, or that it will be time-consuming and expensive.

We're starting this series off with healthy and easy breakfast options from our own experiences, and from other recipes that we want to try ourselves.

You can also make this on a whole-wheat English muffin.  Put strawberries or bananas (or both, go crazy) on top of the peanut butter.  If you have them, chia or flax seeds are both so good for you.  This is my go-to breakfast.  It's quick, and if you're running late, it's not hard to take it on-the-go.

I'm going to go with the avocado theme for our third breakfast, because I'm a firm believer that avocado is a food group.  This would be even more scrumptious with some salt and pepper sprinkled on top.  Recipe here.
