With over 135 years of history, it's no surprise that the group has grown to become one of the most widely recognized Greek-letter organizations for women. There are currently 194 collegiate and 279 alumnae chapters of A Chi O, with members and chapters located across the United States.

Our Alpha Chi Omega store was founded in 2011, just about 125 years after the sorority was founded on October 15, 1885, at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. Alpha Chi Omega is one of the oldest sororities in the country. It’s also one of the largest sororities, with more than 193 chapters of Alpha Chi Omega at colleges and universities throughout the United States, and upwards of 200,000 lifetime members.

With a long history of producing great musical talents, a vibrant red and olive green color scheme, and a seal depicting a lyre, the Alpha Chi Omega letters, and a bold crossbar, Alpha Chi Omega is one of the most recognizable sororities in existence.

Dedicated to empowering women and communities, Alpha Chi Omega is dedicated to seeing beauty “even in the common things of life,” and supporting philanthropic causes such as domestic violence awareness.
