The History of Theta Nu Xi
Theta Nu Xi rose up in a time when the spread of culturally-focused Greek organizations was very broad. Despite their popularity, however, Theta Nu Xi was the first multicultural sorority to be founded in the Southeastern United States. Today, it has more than sixty chapters and has been in existence for upwards of 20 years.
It is also the only sorority that offers a GAP program, or a program designed to assist graduate, alumnae, and professional members after their graduation from their college years. Today, the sorority continues to promote its values of self-improvement, leadership, multiculturalism, and academic excellence.
