CUSTOM ARTWORK: We provide 1 complimentary artwork per custom order. This includes up to 1 hour of free artwork, plus simple revisions.
*Simple revisions include-shirt or ink color changes, garment style changes, font changes, & text changes. Each order comes with 1 set of simple revisions (up to 30 minutes of art changes). If you would like a completely different design concept, we will give you an estimate of the cost; before beginning your brand new art.
The second batch of simple revisions and any other changes thereafter will be billed in 30 min increments. You will receive the estimate first and the Art Fee is $25 per 30 minute increments.
RUSH ORDERS: If you'd like to receive your order outside of the available production times, we can try our best to make this happen, but cannot guarantee delivery dates sooner than our production and shipping options allow for. If the delivery date you would like your order by is available with rush production and/or rush shipping selections, please choose these options. The only way to guarantee your order arriving rushed is to select the rush options in checkout.
DELIVERY ON TIME: Here at Greek U, we do our best to deliver your packages on time. We can make sure to ship it out on our end so that it gets to you on time, however once the package is in transit, Greek U is not liable if it does not arrive on time. If you selected UPS shipping methods, UPS guarantees an on time delivery 99% of the time, however sometimes there can be a delay if they incorrectly re-route the packages or there are conditions out of their control that interfere with delivery (i.e. weather conditions, incorrect address, no one available to sign etc). USPS is not guaranteed, which is why it can be up to 5 business days for delivery, although extenuating circumstances can cause further delays such as incorrect address information and weather conditions. If your order indicates it was delivered, or if it should’ve been delivered by this date, please contact a Greek U representative within 3 business days if you are unable to locate your order.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS: If the item is undeliverable, because the address provided is incorrect/missing information, your package will be returned to GreekU. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item out again. The Shipping and Handling fee is generally a minimum of $10, and we will ship the item back out to the newly provided address once shipping and handling has been paid for.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATION: Unfortunately we don't offer shipping outside of the continental United States. Shipping to Canada is not currently an option, but feel free to contact us if you have a large group order over 36 pieces.
PAYMENT BEFORE PRODUCTION: We must receive payment before production on your order begins. The quickest form of payment is paying via credit card or check online. Bill Highway checks cannot be submitted online. If you have a rush order and need help with payment options, please feel free to contact a Greek U representative. Orders not paid within 30 days will be cancelled.
SHIPPING CHECKOUT ERRORS:
Are you attempting to ship to an address outside the US?
Greek U only can ship within the United States at this time so you will need to select a shipping location somewhere within the beautiful Red, White and Blue :)
Are you shipping to a PO Box?
Unfortunately only Regular Shipping via the United States Post Office can be delivered to a PO Box so you will either need to not select UPS shipping methods or ship to a different address without a PO Box. Campus Mail Room box numbers are acceptable for UPS deliveries.
CREDIT CARD ERRORS:
Any of the following issues could be the source for the error in checking out with your credit card. Please check through this list:
- Your billing address must match the billing address on file with your bank for the credit card.
- Greek U accepts Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Please use one of these forms of credit cards.
- If your credit card has a billing address outside of the United States, please try using a different card or you will need to call in and work with a Greek U representative.
- Please make sure there are enough available funds on the card before attempting to submit your order.
- If you have used your card a few times in the past 24 hours and are receiving an error message, you will need to check with your bank on limitations with your card.
If you are still receiving an error after all issues from above have been resolved, please contact your bank and ask them why they are putting a hold on your card. You may also want to try using an alternate card.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ORDERS: Your order will be processed within 15 minutes of receiving your confirmation email. The products that fall under our No Hassle Return Policy can be cancelled, but we cannot make any changes to the order. Products that fall under our Manufacturing Guarantee can be cancelled and/or updated before production begins (some restrictions apply). Once your order is in production, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If there is anything about your order you wish to change, you have within 15 minutes of order submission to call or email us regarding your changes. If the order is on hold due to stock issues, we will do our best to notify you within 1-2 business days.
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY: If there is a stock issue, we will do our best to notify you within 1-2 business days via email. Please respond back within 7 days to make a change to your order. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund. We are not responsible for stock issues where items are discontinued or on backorder. You will be notified of any delays due to stock issues, and will be given the new estimated delivery date. Any delays in response can cause further delays in the estimated delivery date. At this point, you have within 7 days to decide if you wish to proceed with your order, or if you wish to cancel.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item was damaged or broken upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org, and include a picture of the item, your order number, and written description of what is wrong with the item. If the item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, or damaged during shipping, we can replace the item or issue a refund.
COLORS: Colors appear differently on every computer monitor (or mobile device). The colors you are seeing are not 100% accurate to the colors you will receive. The colors that appear on the screen will be a close representation. If you are concerned about matching a color, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help you select the perfect option!
MISSING ITEMS: All our orders are triple checked, so you should receive the exact quantity you ordered. If for some reason anything is missing from your order, please notify us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
PREMIUM FABRIC GROUP ORDERS: When choosing a premium fabric for large group orders, your order may be delayed slightly to allow for arrival of fabric. Also, when providing your own fabric, the order can’t be started until the fabric arrives.
CUSTOM ENGRAVED CRESTS ON PADDLES & PLAQUES: If your crest is not found in the options for our paddles, but you are still licensed and approved by your nationals to get paddles made, we can custom engrave your crest for you on paddle orders. You will need to provide us with the vector pdf of your crest and your order must have a minimum of 12 paddles.
