If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will ask for pictures of the issue and/or request that you return the item for inspection. In these cases, we will remake or repair the item for you at no additional charge. If you encounter a defective or incorrect item issue, please contact our customer service team at along with your order ID number, picture of the issue, and current shipping address. Our team will be in touch to determine the next steps once we receive your request.

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase or made a mistake with your order, you may initiate a return request within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive your order. You have the option to A) return your order for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping + rush fees) OR B) return your order for a 50% refund (excluding shipping + rush fees) to your original payment method (excluding shipping + rush fees). Please note, you are responsible for shipping and handling fees for your return and Express Design Group cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. We do not offer exchanges, but you can return and apply your store credit or 50% refund toward a new purchase of the desired item(s) at your convenience.

To initiate a return, please look up your order below. Once your return request is received, our team will be in touch with an RMA and instructions for your return or appropriate next steps.

For all returns, your preference (returning for 100% store credit (excluding shipping + rush fees) or 50% refund (excluding shipping + rush fees) will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed to be delivered to our warehouse. Our fulfillment department will process returns within 1-3 business days upon receipt.
