Historically a Latina sorority, Gamma Alpha Omega’s motto is “United we will grow,” and its official flower is a white thornless rose. Gamma Alpha Omega’s official symbol is a white bengal tiger with blue eyes, and its jewel is a white diamond, blue sapphire, and green emerald.
The initial founders were Michelle Seanez, Amy Alvarez, Patsy Guardado, Clara Lopez, Annette Escalante, Valerie Mendoza, Roxana Quinones and Sandra Saenz.
